Prerequisites


  • Be a minimum of 12 years old
  • PADI  Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification)
  • Good general health (have a look at this medical form to see if you are fit to dive)
  • Completed EFR Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 24 months (you can do this with us)

E-Learning


Start your underwater adventure before you step on the island and skip the classroom with PADI eLearning. 

The eLearning lets you study the theory at your own pace—online or offline, anytime, anywhere. You will learn key diving concepts and terminology on your computer or mobile device, whenever it fits your schedule. Got questions? We are only a message away.

Day 1 - Pool Session


We kick off the day with a pool session in the morning, where you’ll get acquainted with advanced rescue techniques and review essential skills necessary for the PADI Rescue Diver course. 

Your instructor will guide you in a safe, controlled environment, ensuring your comfort and confidence as you practice these crucial skills. 


Duration: 4+ hours




Day 2 – First and Second Dive


On the second day, you'll embark on two ocean dives, allowing you to explore the incredible underwater world further. You'll apply what you've learned while experiencing the marine life and vibrant ecosystems in the beautiful waters around Gili Air. Your instructor will be with you for support and guidance during these dives, ensuring a safe and enjoyable adventure.

Day 3 – Third and Fourth Dive


Your final day includes two more open-water dives focused on applying and refining the rescue skills you’ve developed over the previous sessions.

After successfully completing all required skills and returning to the dive centre, you will earn your PADI Rescue Diver certification - unlocking the pathway to the PADI Divemaster or PADI Master Scuba Diver programs.
