We had 10 amazing weeks here doing our Divemaster program! The people are super friendly, helpful, and just really cool. The whole team creates such a great atmosphere and makes you feel welcome from day one.

A special shout-out to Casey and also Lucia in the beginning, who mentored my wife Joana, and to Katon, who was my mentor. Thank you guys for all your support, patience, and for making this experience so awesome!

The entire staff is amazing, the dive school is great, and everything was well organized. We learned so much, had loads of fun, and grew both as divers and as people.

Of course, not every day was easy, but whenever things got tough, the team was always there to lift us up and give us the mental support we needed. We never felt alone and always knew we could count on them. That really made a difference!

I can't recommend the DM programme with Blue Marlin Gili Air enough! I had the best time and learned so much from everyone at the dive shop. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and made the few months I was there so much fun! For me the best bit was learning off all the instructors and DMs at the shop - everyone has their own style and ways of doing things and being able to pick up bits from different people was really helpful and made me a much more competent diver. Also if you like cats you will be in heave

I chose Blue Marlin Gili Air because I wanted to push myself—and I got exactly that. I came with the goal of eventually becoming an instructor, and this was the perfect place to do the divemaster program. The unlimited dives gave me the freedom to practice every skill, and the instructors challenged me in all the right ways. It wasn’t just about ticking boxes—it was about becoming confident, capable, and ready for the next step. And along the way, I found a crew that felt like home.
