What Your Day Looks Like

Lecture & Workshop

The morning starts with a short but hands-on classroom presentation on coral reef degradation and how restoration works. You’ll learn about coral structure, species used in propagation, and reef rehabilitation goals through real project examples from around the region.

You’ll prepare materials and review the day's tasks, including coral nursery maintenance. Our instructors will demonstrate best practices in fragment handling, site prep, and securing corals for growth.

Duration: 1-2 Hours

Dive

You’ll take part in a practical dive at one of our coral restoration sites. Whether you're attaching new coral fragments to nurseries or maintaining reef structures, your work will directly support local reef recovery and long-term habitat resilience.
